Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

By using Neonyes you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.

Using the signs

You may use Neonyes to design signs and show them on screens in your business, at events or at home, free of charge, including commercial use such as a shop window.

What you may not do

Your words

You are responsible for the text you put on your signs, including any business names or trademarks, and for making sure you are allowed to use them.

Fonts and design

The lettering uses fonts released under the SIL Open Font License, from Google Fonts and the DSEG project by keshikan. The Neonyes name, logo, site and sign templates belong to Neonyes.

No guarantee

Neonyes is provided as it is. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will work on every screen or without interruption. You are responsible for your screens and devices, including protecting them from burn-in and overheating.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Neonyes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, such as lost business while a screen is off.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
